Charming boutique hotel in a good location. No food on the premises. Three floors without lift or porter service. Very clean and comfortable rooms, but difficult for disabled people.

It was close to the centre. There are many bakeries, markets and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. We stayed for two nights and had no bad experience. After checking out, we had the opportunity to leave our belongings at safety.

Lovely place in a side street of Sofia,.close to the opera. The building is from 1911 and the rooms, the stairs the landing.tiles.are all from the same era. We had a bedroom and an anteroom which were both very tastefully done with antique cupboards and side tables. The bathroom is also big and has tiles from a bygone era. Windows are large and open to the street - you get a bit of street noise if you like to sleep with open windows. One more thing - heritage building means no elevator - be prepared to haul your luggage up to your room.

Seems like a family run hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast yesterday very good, today, different lady serving, who did not seem so confident, and she was on her own. Tea was warm not hot, breakfast not as efficient. Lovely young lady who booked us in does not appear to be here today. Her English was excellent, and so helpful. Would come back again. Well located for all the wonderful sights. Sofia is a lovely city with lots of green spaces.

Perfect location within walking distance of all major sights in the city. The room and bathroom were massive and very clean. Breakfast is thrown in and is perfectly good, no problems asking for extra tea, coffee etc. What was most …

Spotless. Good quality bedding and towels. Full of character. Exceptional value and a nice breakfast included. Central. Lovely staff. Very helpful. Really can't fault any of it. Fridges and kettles in room.

Excellent small breakfast to start your day! The rooms were very clean, the beds were soft and the bathroom had enough space for at least 2 people! The staff was very kind, and also helpful!

The hotel was perfectly acceptable - not great, but not bad. Sofia is not a good hotel city, so you take what you can get.|The hotel has no lift ( elevator ), so be aware of this.|I was in room #5, on the 3rd floor, for 7 nights.|The entire …
